As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to join our development team and help us build secure, scalable, high-performing digital products.

The Role

As a Senior React Developer at BrainyYack, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving modern web applications using React and TypeScript.

We’re looking for more than someone who can build components. We want an experienced developer who understands frontend architecture, thinks critically about performance and maintainability, and can make strong technical decisions.

You’ll collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend development, QA, and DevOps to turn complex business requirements into intuitive, reliable, production-ready digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using React and TypeScript.

• Help define frontend architecture, development standards, and best practices.

• Translate UX/UI designs and business requirements into responsive, intuitive user experiences.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and REST APIs.

• Develop reusable components and contribute to scalable design systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA, DevOps, designers, and product teams.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across development and production environments.

• Contribute to automated testing and continuous improvement of development processes.

• Mentor developers and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.

• Consider security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with significant experience using React.

• Advanced knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong understanding of modern React architecture, hooks, component patterns, and state management.

• Experience designing and building complex, data-driven web applications.

• Strong experience integrating with REST APIs.

• Experience with responsive development and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with frontend testing and automated testing frameworks.

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, web security, and secure development practices.

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

• Strong understanding of application performance and optimization.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and make thoughtful architectural decisions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing applications for highly regulated environments.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or complex workflow platforms.

• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud environments.

• Node.js or backend development experience.

• Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements.
