Careers

Build systems that reach production.

Enterprise software, digital experiences, and AI automation designed, built, and deployed for organizations across North America and Europe. Since 2006, we’ve delivered through every major platform shift, for clients in manufacturing, aerospace and defense supply chain, retail, legal, financial services, and SaaS.
Our work is measured, not marketed. We build and deploy and we stand behind what ships.

Engineers, developers, and operators who’d rather see their work in production than on a roadmap tend to do well here.

  • Websites and platforms across the full range – from WordPress builds to enterprise systems
  • Custom software: backend services, web applications, and mobile apps clients depend on daily
  • AI automation – production agents and workflow pipelines for classification, extraction, validation, and prediction
  • The infrastructure, data, and delivery that turn client requirements into running systems
You’ll ship to real clients with real constraints. The bar is work that performs after handoff – not a demo.
  • You’ve built things that shipped and stayed shipped.
  • You’re direct – you’d rather flag a problem early than paper over it.
  • You care about the outcome for the client, not just the elegance of the code.
  • You can operate as a peer with senior stakeholders – ours and the client’s.
  • You can explain technical topics, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • You Understand user impact, not just technical implementation.
We hire for judgment and execution over pedigree. Twenty years of delivery has taught us which one matters.

We hire on a rolling basis and keep strong candidates on file even when a specific role isn’t open.

  • AI / ML Engineer
  • Software Engineer (Backend / Full-Stack)
  • Web Developer (WordPress to enterprise platforms)

Jobs

Type: Full-time/ Part-Time
Position: QA Engineer
We look for professionals who take ownership of their work, hold a high bar for quality, and care about the outcome a client is trying to achieve not just the task in front of them. Job Role: Senior IOS Developer

Location: Remote (North America preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (depending on candidate)
Experience: Senior Level (8+ years)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior iOS Developer to design and ship native mobile apps across our client projects.

You’ll own iOS work from architecture through release, turning real business problems into apps that are fast, stable, and genuinely good to use — often across more than one project at a time.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ve shipped and maintained native iOS apps in production, end to end
  • You own your work and can manage more than one project at once
  • You hold a high bar for quality, performance, and the details users feel
  • You can work directly with clients and explain technical trade-offs clearly
  • You thrive in a fully remote, distributed team

Senior Data Engineer

Type: Full-time/ Part-Time

Work arrangement: Remote

Location: Ontario

Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience

We’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own the data foundation behind that work.

You’ll design and build the pipelines, integrations, and data models that feed our clients’ AI and analytics products — working across several client projects at once, taking data from messy source systems through to something reliable that drives real decisions and predictions.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has already done this in production not in theory. We care far more about what you’ve actually built and shipped.

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Have several years building and running production data pipelines and integrations, end to end;
  • Own your work with little hand-holding, and can juggle more than one project at a time;
  • Can speak directly with clients and explain technical trade-offs in plain language;
  • Hold a high quality bar even under deadline pressure; and
  • Work well in a fully remote, distributed team.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a senior DevOps engineer to own how our work ships and stays running – the delivery pipelines, cloud environments, reliability, and security that sit under every engagement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role across several client projects at once. You’ll be the person who makes deployments fast and safe, keeps systems up and secure, and turns fragile, manual setups into automated, observable platforms. Because we work in AI, you’ll also help run the infrastructure behind modern AI workloads. We’re after someone genuinely senior: you’ve built and operated production platforms end to end, you’ve owned reliability and been through real incident recoveries, and you can make sound infrastructure calls on your own. Just as important, you communicate clearly and work well alongside other engineers and, at times, clients. Join us if you’re eager to lead innovative DevOps initiatives that empower our enterprise software solutions! We value energetic professionals committed to continuous improvement who can thrive in collaborative environments while delivering high-quality results at scale.
Experience: 5 years + (preferred)
Location: Ontario, Canada (required)
Work Mode: Hybrid in Ontario
About the Role
We are assembling a specialist team focused on AI-driven workflow transformation, and we are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer to help lead it. This is a software engineering role not a research or model-training position. You will build production agents on top of foundation models, not train models from scratch.
You will design, build, and operate AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, planning, and tool use to execute complex customer and internal workflows. The work spans agentic AI engineering, full-stack development, and AI-assisted delivery – applied to real product problems in an enterprise environment where reliability, security, and performance are non-negotiable.
This role is for someone who writes the code and leads the work – architecting a solution and shaping technical direction in the morning, and shipping a reliable, observable agent into production in the afternoon.
Type: Full-time
Work arrangement: Remote (hybrid as needs require)
Location: Ontario Canada

ROLE PURPOSE

The AI Technical Project & Delivery Manager owns the planning, delivery, and ongoing support of AI engagements – the AI counterpart to our Technical Project & Delivery Manager. You do everything that role does (project management, agile facilitation, product ownership, and client support) but through an AI lens and with a much stronger client-facing edge. You turn client goals into clear plans and requirements, run the team’s delivery rhythm, keep engagements on time and on budget, and make sure clients feel looked after and confident throughout.
Because AI is where our clients are investing right now, this role is deliberately senior and outward facing: you present executives, explain and defend the approach, negotiate scope, and build trust. And because AI moves fast, you are hands-on enough to be credible – you can prototype, reason models and evaluation, and hold your own with both engineers and clients. Success looks like AI engagements that land on time, on budget, and on outcome, with clients who trust the person leading them and keep coming back.
Type: Full-time
Work arrangement: Remote
Location: Canada
ROLE PURPOSE
The Product Designer (UX/UI) owns the experience and interface design of the systems our company builds for clients – from early research and discovery through to polished, accessible, build-ready UI. You turn client goals and user needs into designs that are intuitive, on-brand, and technically feasible, and you keep the experience consistent through a shared design system.
Because we are a client-facing consultancy, this is not a heads-down role. You are in the room with clients: presenting concepts, explaining and defending design decisions, negotiating scope and priorities, and building the trust that gets work approved and shipped. Success looks like designs that solve the real problem, that clients understand and buy into, that hand off cleanly to engineering, and that ship on the delivery team’s cadence.
Work arrangement: Remote

Location: Canada

ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Mobile Developer owns the iOS and Android applications our company builds for its clients. You lead mobile architecture and the standards the team builds against, build with React Native while reaching into native platform capabilities when needed, and take features from planning through App Store / Google Play release and ongoing improvement working alongside product, design, backend, and QA within our delivery teams.
In a fast-paced software development and AI consultancy environment, delivering across several concurrent client engagements, you are accountable for mobile experiences that are polished, performant, reliable, and secure across devices and OS versions and for lifting the engineers around you through reviews and mentorship. Success looks like production mobile work that ships on time and on budget, sound architectural calls, and clients whose users get apps that simply work.
Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Work arrangement: Remote
Location: Canada
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design and evolve scalable web platforms for its clients. This role suits a senior engineer who enjoys working across the stack – from Java-based microservices to high-performance front-ends in React and Next.js – on meaningful technical challenges within a collaborative engineering environment.
You will architect, develop, and maintain modern distributed systems that support evolving client requirements, bringing strong technical judgment, production-scale experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software.
